Joe Essenfeld Founder & CEO
Joe Essenfeld is the Founder and CEO of JIBE. Prior to starting JIBE, Joe held several executive level positions in which he was responsible for hiring hundreds of employees. It was his experiences with those hires that led him to start JIBE. Beyond Joe's hands-on hiring experience, his relationships with senior recruitment executives at the Fortune 1000 have shaped the recruiting solutions JIBE has built.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and currently resides in New York City with his wife.
Andrzej Lawn CTO & VP of Engineering
Andrzej Lawn leads the technology efforts at JIBE. Prior to joining JIBE in 2010, Andrzej was a Senior Engineer at Gilt Groupe. While at Gilt, Andrzej also managed the transition of the company's millions of daily emails to a third party provider. Prior to Gilt, Andrzej worked as a Lead Software Developer at The New York Times.
Among his many hobbies, Andrzej is a ballroom dancer, artist and master axe thrower.
Mike Pauletich SVP, Alliances & Business Development
Mike has over 20 years of experience in the talent management community. Before joining JIBE, Mike was a consultant for eQuest, where he served as Executive Vice President, Global Alliances & Customer Success. He also started eQuest Media, one of the largest and fastest growing recruitment media agencies in the world. Prior to eQuest, Mike was on the Executive team at TMP Worldwide, responsible for global operations, employment branding and digital products.
Mike lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two children.
Suzanne Flynn Speece VP of Marketing
Suzanne Flynn Speece leads marketing at JIBE. Before joining JIBE in 2011, Suzanne was the Site Director for Diapers.com, where she was responsible for merchandising and marketing for the site. Prior to Diapers.com, Suzanne spent eight years on Wall Street at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers as an analyst covering the retail and consumer space.
Suzanne lives in New Jersey with her husband and daughter.
Boris Kozak Director of Engineering
Boris Kozak leads client integrations and the engineering team based in our Washington, D.C. office. Before joining JIBE in 2011, Boris was a Senior Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton where he was the Lead ASP.net developer. While at Booz Allen Hamilton, Boris lead the development of a web application for Homeland Defense used by the Army and National Guard to prepare for and respond to domestic emergencies.
Outside of the office, Boris is an avid snowboarder, adventurer and amateur photographer and is frequently seen snapping photos of the JIBE team.
